These terms apply to bookings and enquiries made with Satiate Luxe, operated by Satiate FZ LLC.

Satiate Luxe provides private chef services, chef-made meal delivery, in-kitchen dining, dining experiences, and corporate dining. The specific details, menu, and price of your booking are confirmed with you directly before your order is prepared.
Booking and enquiries.
Enquiries are made through the forms on this site or on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you and any required payment has been made.
Your responsibilities.
You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information, especially any allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements, for everyone the food is intended for. We prepare your food to the requirements you give us. Because our food is prepared in a working kitchen that handles a range of ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of a given allergen. If anyone has a severe allergy, tell us clearly before booking so we can advise whether we can safely meet the need.
Payment.
Payment terms will be confirmed at booking.
Cancellations and refunds.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Service area.
We serve Abu Dhabi and Dubai. We will tell you at enquiry if your location is outside our service area.
Liability.
We take care to provide our service to a high standard. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for issues arising from information you did not disclose, such as an undisclosed allergy. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Changes.
We may update these terms and our policies from time to time. The version on this site at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
