When you enquire or book, we collect the details you give us. Depending on the form, that includes your name, WhatsApp number, email address, delivery address and area, and your dietary information such as allergies and dislikes. If you contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the content of your messages.
Your dietary and allergy information is health-related, and we treat it with particular care. We use it only to prepare your food safely and to the requirements you give us.
How we use it.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and deliver your order, to arrange your service, and to contact you about your booking, normally on WhatsApp. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who handles it.
Your details are seen by our team and by the chefs preparing your order, only as needed to fulfil your booking. Our enquiry forms are processed through Web3Forms, which delivers your submission to our operations inbox. WhatsApp enquiries are handled through WhatsApp, operated by Meta. These providers process your data on our behalf so we can receive and respond to you.
How long we keep it.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our service and to keep proper business records.
